I am the founder of Goldmonkeys, working at the intersection of digital transformation, learning systems and social participation.
My work focuses on transition integrity: how people move from learning to recognition and participation within real systems such as education, labour markets and digital infrastructures.
I develop frameworks, audit tools and learning architectures that help organisations and consortia identify recognition gaps, friction hotspots and agency barriers – particularly in contexts of migration, skills transformation and Industry 4.0 / 5.0.
I collaborate with public institutions, research partners and innovation projects where digital solutions need to work not only technically, but socially and structurally.
