I contribute expertise at the intersection of digital transformation, work and social participation.

My focus lies on human-centred digital transition architectures: how learning, skills and agency become visible, recognised and usable within real digital and industrial systems.

I work on applied, interdisciplinary research approaches that help identify recognition gaps, friction hotspots and barriers to participation – especially in contexts of labour-market transitions, skills transformation and inclusion within Industry 4.0 / 5.0 environments.

This expertise supports Horizon Europe consortia in bridging technological innovation with governance, workforce development and societal impact.
