As a researcher with a background in Socioeconomics, Education, and Knowledge Management, and 10 years of experience in EU-funded and nationally funded projects, I bring extensive knowledge in designing research proposals focused on innovative, transdisciplinary approaches to learning and education.

My approach integrates key topics such as: Agile, technology-enhanced learning and teaching in different fields (e.g. medical education, teacher education, entrepreneurship education, continuing education, SMEs, etc.). Skills validation and identification of future skills, work with and development of competence frameworks. EdTech that is accessible, user-friendly, participative, and impactful. Informed choice of EdTech. Leveraging VR/AR for practice-based learning. Professional Noticing as a core competence in professional expertise development. Hyflex formats to support flexible and inclusive learning experiences in various application fields. EdTech that is accessible, user-friendly, participative, and impactful.
