Sustainable Recycling of Cured Electroinsulating Polymers for Use in Functional Composite Materials
Details
We offer research and technology development services focused on the sustainable recycling of cured electroinsulating polymers, particularly polyurethanes and epoxy systems. These materials, commonly used in transformers, encapsulations, and HV insulation, are difficult to recycle after end-of-life. Our solution enables mechanical processing of this waste into functional fillers that can be reused in new composite systems without loss of dielectric or thermal performance.
The technology is experimentally validated and ready for collaboration in Horizon Europe projects focused on circular economy, sustainable materials, or green electronics. We are open to industrial pilots, joint R&D, and cross-sector innovation partnerships.
