Robust de-novo patient stratification even for small cohorts
Details
By combining complementary data types and known functional pathway information in an integrated knowledge graph we can obtain powerful de-novo patient stratification even for small cohorts where all other approaches fail.
We have established our integrated patient network graph based algorithm on a large range of cancer patient cohorts (NAR 2023). See https://bipress.boku.ac.at/publications/vilon-a-multi-layer-network-approach-to-data-integration-demonstrated-for-patient-stratification/
We have since also validated it on other types of diseases (e.g., cardiovascular).
We would now be delighted to demonstrate it on other clinical applications.
