Multi-omics data integration

Most approaches for the integration of multiple genome-scale data either look for signals in each data type separately or just combine the data types looking for a consensus.

We have established an approach that find signals across different data types at the functional level, originally on a large range of cancer patient cohorts (NAR 2023). We have since also validated it on other types of human data (cardiovascular).

We would now be delighted to demonstrate it on other diverse applications.
