Nerlos is a technology company developing the Active Multiplexer Unit (AMU) — a communication-enabling solution designed to improve coverage, resilience, and flexibility for public safety and first-responder networks while reducing infrastructure complexity. The AMU allows multiple radio systems to operate through simplified physical infrastructure, supporting infrastructure-light deployment, reduced antenna and cabling requirements, and improved operational continuity in constrained or disrupted environments. This makes it particularly relevant for emergency response, disaster-affected areas, temporary command sites, and critical public-service operations. Nerlos’ approach focuses on compatibility with existing communication systems, enabling upgrades to resilience and coverage without requiring full system replacement. Nerlos seeks participation in Horizon Europe Cluster 3 collaborative projects related to disaster resilience, crisis-response communications, and secure public-safety networks, and is interested in working with research organizations, public authorities, and industry partners under the 2026–2027 Work Programme.

Über mich

Mr. Nimrod Rospsha is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nerlos, established with the vision of redefining communications through breakthrough RF and Microwave technologies. He is the company’s lead innovator of breakthrough technologies, he drives the company’s strategy and partnerships, positioning Nerlos as a trusted partner delivering simplicity, reliability, and performance in mission‑critical environments.

Under his leadership, Nerlos has pioneered advanced RF solutions, including lightweight, PCB‑based radio cavities and duplexers (RCMP), enhanced with RF‑over‑fiber integration. These compact, high‑performance systems reduce infrastructure complexity while improving reliability for defense and security forces worldwide. Mr. Rospsha is widely regarded as an expert in translating deep technical innovation into scalable products that address pressing operational needs.

Before founding Nerlos, Mr. Rospsha accumulated more than two decades of experience across medical technology, wireless infrastructure and defense systems. At Topspin Medical he contributed to MRI‑based catheter development; at Mobile Access as RF manager, he oversaw the development of DAS for GE Healthcare; and as CEO of Flamingo Electronics, he led the creation of advanced printing MEMS products. He later spent seven years at CELLO as VP of R&D developing distributed antenna systems including the utilisation of network management solutions deployed in 13 countries, including critical public‑safety systems in the Carmel Tunnels and Ben Gurion Airport. He subsequently advanced RF innovations at Insertech, Intaltech, UV Tech, Humavox, GMedical, and Telematics, spanning airborne radar & communication, wireless charging, vital‑sign wearables, smart urban infrastructure and triangulation system.

Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading defense companies such as Elbit, Rafael, and Elta on SIGINT, antennas, chirp radar, and advanced RF components. This multidisciplinary foundation directly informs Nerlos’ ability to deliver cutting‑edge solutions for defense and HLS markets.

Mr. Rospsha holds patents on Nerlos’ flagship AMU and RCMP technologies and has been published in the Journal of Computational Physics. He is recognized for his forward‑looking perspectives on RF and communication, frequently sharing insights through defense forums and industry conferences.

Mr. Rospsha holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. with honors in Physical Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field, focusing on stimulated super‑radiance emission in free electron lasers. His academic journey includes consistent Dean’s List recognition, a DSPG award, Intel’s Excellence Award, and a thesis prize for his research on Closed‑form FDTD‑compatible Green’s functions in which he has invented the Rospsha Triangles. These achievements reflect both his technical depth and his commitment to advancing the field of RF & communications.
