I have graduated from Austrian St. Georg’s College in Istanbul, studied Business Administration in Vienna University of Economics and graduated from Marmara University BA in Istanbul. I have 25+ years of experience in developing business solutions using analytical skills across different domains. I began my career in audit; after working more than 10 years in that domain i became pricing manager in retail banking department in one of the biggest banks in Turkey. In the last 10 years i have been working as a business coach, mentor and consultant with a special focus in learning and development. I am also writer of 6 self help books about motivation and leadership. Since three years i am working as AI Ethics and Compliance Officer at innovethic which is located in Austria. I am also Training Programs Manager of Babl AI, a company specializing in ai consulting and ai audits, also delivering certificate programs in ai auditing, governance and risk management. I have completed many trainings in AI Ethics and AI Audit field and have earned many credentials including AI & Algorithm Auditor (Babl AI); AI Quality Engineer (TÜV SÜD Germany); IEEE Certifaied Assessor (IEEE SA); Value Based Engineering Pionier (Vienna University of Economics) FH Certified Auditor for GDPR (ForHumanity) and i am also Lead Auditor for ISO 42001 and ISO 27001.
