AI, Public Procurement & EU–Ukraine Collaboration (PNRR Expert)

Looking for collaboration with companies, research institutions, and public bodies in the areas of artificial intelligence, public procurement, and data-driven solutions.

The initiative builds on practical experience in PNRR-related processes, tendering, and public sector consulting, with a focus on simplifying complex procedures, improving transparency, and enabling more efficient decision-making through AI.

Particular interest in developing partnerships between EU companies and Ukraine, especially in the context of reconstruction, infrastructure, and innovation projects. This includes exploration of dual-use technologies and solutions relevant for resilience, logistics, and advanced operations.

Open to joint project development, pilot initiatives, and participation in Horizon Europe and other EU-funded programs.

In addition, the initiative supports cross-border collaboration between European stakeholders, including Italian companies and institutions, helping them engage in international projects and partnerships.
