Dipl. Ing. Dr. Christine Rottenbacher,

studied landscape architecture and landscape ecology at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (while studying working at the Institute for Hydrobiology, in architectural offices and 3 years tutor at the Institute for Landscape Design - Supervision of open space student projects on design and perception), diploma thesis on "Citizen participation within the framework of village renewal in Tirol "

1991 start of an engineering office for landscape planning and landscape architecture

1996- Lecturer at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (Institute of Engineering Biology and Landscaping, Prof. Florineth; Institute of Landscape Planning, Prof. Schneider)

2002-2006 research assistant at the Institute for Geoinformation and Cartography at the Vienna University of Technology, focusing on communication, knowledge integration, negotiation and decision-making processes in groups.

2006 awarding of the doctor tech. at the Vienna University of Technology

2007 Rupert Riedl Award for the dissertation "Moved Planning Process"

2016- research assistant and course leader "Ecological garden and green space management" and Nature-based Solutions_ strategies and measures for resilient living spaces" at the DBU of the Danube University Krems
