RCPE conducts applied and interdisciplinary research projects in the pharmaceutical industry. We provide the tools, methods and technologies required for the rapid development of innovative pharmaceutical products and their manufacture. We conduct research on innovative active ingredients up to the final tablet. We formulate and personalize medications to enable optimized patient outcomes. We simulate, develop control strategies as well as innovative sensing and bring together AI algorythms to support the tablet producer and protect patients. The field of chemical, physical and process engineering knowledge is broad and can be adapted to different problems (green manufacturing, personalized medicine, biopharmaceuticals, nano-structured systems).
